Mark Saturday September 17 on your calendars for the East Side Studio Crawl.  Our studios at Burns Visual Arts, 828 – 24 Ave. SE will be open to the public as well as several other studios in the Ramsay/Inglewood area.  Watch Burns Visual Arts Society website for map and details.

Must be getting close to summer.  That’s the only reason I can think of that I seem to be madly painting wild seascapes.  Yes, they are abstract but they are beautiful and blue and looking inviting.  I plan to show them at my next show – “An Evening at the Ranche” – be sure to come!  April 28, tickets will be on sale soon.   Seascapes at the Ranche….hmmmm….  ps.  This isn’t one of those seascapes, just a summer thought.

Well, today is one more day in BE’s artful life. Now that all inside the house is beautiful it’s time to think about the outside. I’m looking at lots of Ben Moore’s colours, leaning towards something in the grey green area. Although, I’ve been told that the buyers always remember yellow houses and mine is, you guessed it, yellow. Lots of action in the studio this week.
